Intense curiosity and the desire to transform lives drive my passion for coaching and teaching.

My curiosity about human behavior and expanded consciousness started when I was in my first year of high school. I read everything I could get my hands on about psychology, esp, yoga, meditation, and esoterics. I was obsessed with figuring out what made me and others feel and behave in ways that seem to go against what we wanted out of life.
I know now that I was trying to make sense of the negative emotions that I was experiencing during those years of turmoil in my home life. I was the youngest of three children. My siblings left home when I was 12,  and the problems my parents were having at the time were overwhelming me with adult issues that I didn't have the ability to handle.

I also was dealing with the effects of traumatic events in my childhood that I had repressed.  I developed anorexia at the age of 15, going from a healthy 130 lbs to 95 lbs. Even at 95lbs, I thought I was too fat.  I know it scared my parents and friends!

A good friend took me with her to a hypnosis show, and I ended up on stage which was my first experience with the power of hypnosis. I started to wonder if hypnosis could help me to make the changes needed to heal mentally and physically. I searched out a hypnotherapist and began the process of healing by learning how to let go of my emotional baggage and tapping into the power of my subconscious to create the life I wanted.

That was just the beginning of my journey of healing, self-discovery and expanded awareness. I studied Hypnosis, Transcendental Meditation, yoga,  and NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), Ancient Hawaiian Huna and many other modalities that accelerated my personal growth and gave me the tools to facilitate transformational change in my clients and students.
I am passionate about showing others how to create an extraordinary life filled with purpose, achievement, happiness, and love.
