MARY LIGON
Mary Ligon has been an NLP Coach, and Trainer for over 30 years. She has traveled the globe teaching Hypnosis, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, and Life Line Release techniques. Mary has helped transform the lives of thousands of people through her NLP training and private sessions.
Mary received her Clinical Hypnotherapy certification in 1993 after completing a year-long residency program with Hypnosis Motivation Institute (HMI) in Tarzana, California. She studied with Dr. John Kappas, a licensed psychologist, and hypnotist.
She owned and operated two successful hypnosis centers in Southern and Northern California. In Northern California, she discovered NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), a human change technology that creates a rapid change in behavior and enhances performance and relationships. In 1997 she completed all three levels of training in NLP at Advanced Neuro Dynamics in Hawaii earning her certifications as NLP Practitioner, Master Practitioner, and Certified NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) Trainer.
